Ford is seeking a Fastening Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing team and help lead global fastening tooling and standards across North America Final Assembly plants. In this role, you'll drive program-specific fastening strategy from development through sourcing and implementation, define and maintain fastening tooling standards, and champion emerging technologies such as wireless tooling, Toolsnet 8, and pulse tool systems. You'll collaborate closely with plant teams, product development, and cross-functional groups to reduce warranty costs, improve torque and angle monitoring strategies, and ensure manufacturing standards are met through audits and quality reporting.
