Embedded Software Engineer, Body Controls

Ford is seeking to hire a person with embedded software knowledge. The Body Control’s Software team develops software for vehicle features such as starting, locking, lighting, alarms, windows, powered enclosures, and seats. The candidate will be responsible for the development of software components in a body module. The development of software can include:

• Development of a detailed functional specification
• Design and development of compliant Simulink models or C functions
• Support design and development of test cases or test script using python and test rail
• Conducting design reviews
• Assisting in resolving vehicle/bread board issues
