Connects external and upstream vehicle engineering systems with Ford's diagnostic platforms, enabling seamless diagnostics across JV partner and Ford vehicles. Serves as the key technical liaison between Service Engineering, JV partners, and vehicle system stakeholders, ensuring diagnostic architecture and data are integrated and supported across the vehicle lifecycle. Reports to the Service System and Architecture Supervisor.
