About the Role
The Electrical Technician will play a crucial role in constructing cutting-edge EUV Metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry. We welcome skilled applicants who excel in a dynamic startup setting, demonstrating the capability to effectively manage tasks across various projects concurrently.
Reporting Line
This position reports to the Electrical Shop Manager.
Your Role
Assist with electrical assembly of components, subassemblies, and equipment.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing technicians and electrical engineers on concurrent projects.
Plan and route multiple cables from source to termination.
Run air and electrical lines from components to submodule assemblies.
Follow prescribed methods and sequence of operations for unpacking, component preparation, installation, and assembly.
Follow work instructions, electrical drawings, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
Perform basic mechanical assembly.
Use common hand tools, power tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and multimeters.
Work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and other production team members.
Maintain an organized and safe work area.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, factor wiring instructions, diagrams, engineering drawings, and manuals for components.
Learn company assembly standards, documentation practices, and quality requirements.
Qualifications (Required)
High school diploma, GED, trade school, technical program, or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and electrical schematics.
Experience in building mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
Basic mechanical knowledge.
Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams and procedures.
Good attention to detail.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Qualifications (Bonus to Have)
1-2 years of experience manufacturing electrical assemblies.
Experience with ORCAD, e-drawings, PDM.
Position Details
The hourly base salary range for this full-time position is $37 - $40 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
