Mechanical Engineering Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our Product Development organization in Marshalltown, Iowa!
As the Mechanical Engineering Manager, New Product Development, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the development and delivery of innovative products from concept through commercialization. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people leadership, technical direction, and product development execution. You will build a high-performing engineering team while providing technical leadership while contirubting to key engineering decisions across multiple initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with Project Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Firmware, Electrical Engineering, and global engineering teams to ensure successful execution of the business's product roadmap. Y ou will need to drive innovation, talent development, and superior business results.
