As a Mechanical Engineer at Emerson’s Appleton Business Unit, you will be part of the design and development of products for global markets that distribute, control, and monitor electrical power, lighting, and heat tracing gear in hazardous and heavy industrial applications. Projects cover a mix of new product development and product enhancement programs. You will work hand in hand with a global engineering team to deliver on these projects. The ideal candidate will be highly self-driven with a strong interest in mechanical design in at least one of the following areas – power control devices, thermoplastic components, metal casting, systems engineering, and product certifications.
