CNC Setup Technician - 2nd Shift

The CNC Setup Technician is dependable, engaged, and motivated while setting up and adjusting machine tools to ensure optimal performance and precision. Motivates and assists operators in daily tasks, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Plays a key role in implementing preventative safety measures and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position is more than a traditional hourly production role. The successful candidate will act as the supervisor's right-hand partner on the shop floor, helping drive production flow, communication, accountability, and culture.​
