
Quality Engineer 1
Job Description
The Quality Engineer – Zero‑Mile Claim Management is responsible for leading the investigation, containment, and resolution of zero‑mile (0 km) customer claims originating at OEM plants, vehicle processing centers, and pre‑delivery inspection points. This role serves as the primary quality interface between manufacturing, engineering, service engineering, and OEM customers to prevent claim recurrence, protect customer scorecard performance, and drive early detection and prevention of defective product outflow.
