Process Engineer 1

Responsible for leading new product launches, developing manufacturing processes and equipment, managing project costs and schedules, and implementing new technologies to support production. This position is also responsible for a wide range of engineering activities to include assuming the project lead role in the implementation of new products from the quotation stage to implementation through the management of the APQP process. Accountable for developing and maintaining project budgets for new product implementation. Development of jigs and machinery for new products and utilizing CAD or outside resources to ensure customer schedules are met. Investigation and development of new technologies for implementation into production.
