Job Description
As a Mechanical Foreman, you will lead mechanical installation projects at client locations throughout North America. The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for leading all aspects of installation crews, coordinating work assignments, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget. This hands-on leadership role requires planning, providing mentorship to the team, fixing issues, and close collaboration with project management to deliver successful mechanical system installations.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be
$60,400
to$83,050
salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will bedetermined
byvarious factors
such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this Role:
Complete assigned mechanical installation tasks safely and efficiently as directed by site supervision
Conveyor System Layout & Pre-Assembly: Plan and complete conveyor layouts, verify
component
fit, and pre-assemble conveyor sections for efficient on-site installation.
Header Steel, Platform, & Structural Steel Installation
:
Lead installation of structural elements,
including header steel, platforms, and other steel frameworks to ensure mechanical systems are securely and accurately installed.
Take personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of others on-site
Conveyor Installation, Guardrail, & Rack Systems: Install conveyors, safety guardrails, and racking systems with attention to alignment, structural integrity, and operational efficiency.
Equipment Detailing & Run-In Activities: Perform detailed installation tasks,
validate
mechanical assemblies, and conduct initial run-in testing to confirmaccurate
function before commissioning.
Provide guidance, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel
Physically handle jobsite demands, including lifting at least 50
lbs
, pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking across large construction sites in various climates and conditions
What we
are looking
for:
High School diploma or equivalent work experience; technical degree or specialized training preferred but not
required
Minimum 2–5 years of experience installing and/or
maintaining
conveyor or material handling equipment
Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States, using your personal vehicle

Valid driver’s license
required
