Runs diagnostic procedures and basic troubleshooting from design, test, and checkout, to modification, fabrication and assembly tasks in the production of products.

What you’ll achieve
As a Manufacturing Technician 2, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing and engineering operations through product testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system validation activities. You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure products meet operational, performance, and reliability standards before shipment. Through technical problem-solving, process improvement, and adherence to quality standards, you will help drive manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Technology, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing, testing, engineering support, electronics, computer hardware, or a related technical environment.
• Ability to perform product testing, basic troubleshooting, and diagnostic analysis using established procedures and test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document failures, maintain test records, and follow quality processes.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Desirable Requirements
• Experience with server, storage, networking, AI infrastructure, or other technology hardware testing and validation activities.
• Knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing best practices, including 6S.
You will: • Perform functional testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting activities to verify product performance, operation, and reliability.
• Utilize test equipment, diagnostic software, and established procedures to identify failures, document results, and support resolution efforts.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required and maintain accurate test records, failure logs, and shift-to-shift communications.
• Identify defective materials, failure trends, and process improvements that enhance product quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams while adhering to safety, quality, and operational requirements.
