What You Will Do
- Support engineering activities that include integration and test, modeling and simulation, requirements analysis, data analysis, and ground test and flight test data analysis
- Document analysis results in reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in key processes such as peer, gate, and test readiness reviews
This position is an onsite role in Huntsville, AL. Occasional travel between Raytheon facilities in Huntsville AL is expected to support testing activities.
What You Will Learn
- After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Integration & Test activities across the product development lifecycle
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Experience troubleshooting technical software or hardware issues, creating analysis tools and/or automating data sets
- Experience scripting using MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, Unix, and/or other programming languages
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
Qualifications We Prefer
Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience
Knowledge of integration, verification, or radar operation concepts
Experience with MATLAB, Linux Operating Systems, and Shell scripting and with integrating software with hardware/electronics
Experience in developing and evaluating hardware and test requirements
Experience with creating test procedures, test scripts, and maintaining configuration control documentation
Willingness to perform local and occasional non-local travel

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
