Join the Mission Systems Process & Systems Transformation (PST) team as the Senior Manager, Quality Process Lead, where you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA across the Mission Systems business. In this role, you will lead the design, standardization, and deployment of enterprise Quality Management processes, ensuring business requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence are effectively integrated into the future-state SAP S/4HANA environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced quality leader with a strong understanding of Aerospace & Defense manufacturing, enterprise business processes, and digital transformation. Success in this role requires the ability to influence across functional organizations, balance strategic process design with deployment execution, and ensure quality systems, regulatory requirements, manufacturing operations, and enterprise ERP capabilities remain fully integrated throughout a large-scale business transformation.
What YOU Will Do
Process Integration Leadership
Serve as the Mission Systems quality focal supporting integration of operational processes and tools into the SAP S/4HANA deployment.
Coordinate operations participation across enterprise workstreams including elements of all PST teams (R2R, O2C, S2P, and P2S).
Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to ensure necessary operational quality requirements are reflected in system design and deployment planning.
Quality Management Integration
Lead the design, standardization, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Quality processes aligned to enterprise operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Quality across planning, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, and fulfillment.
Define and implement Quality master data, material movement, warehouse, and inventory control processes.
Align SAP S/4HANA QM capabilities with manufacturing, planning, and distribution operations.
Lead site readiness through business simulations, user acceptance testing, Quality data validation, and operational readiness activities.
Digital Thread & Systems Integration
Support integration across the Mission Systems digital thread, ensuring alignment between engineering product definition, ERP production planning capabilities, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); partner with Mission Systems Boundary Application lead
S/4HANA Deployment & Operational Readiness
Participate directly in ERP deployment activities including process validation, system testing, and operational readiness planning.
Coordinate the quality organization’s participation during deployment waves to ensure Mission Systems teams are prepared to operate within the S/4HANA environment.
Support stabilization activities following deployment to ensure quality processes remain aligned and effective.
TRAVEL: Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
5+ years of experience in the quality organization
5+ years of SAP experience

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA deployments.
Experience coordinating operational integration across enterprise workstreams such as P2S, O2C, S2P, or R2R.
Strong understanding of quality processes and tools
Experience with system integrations and deployments
Understanding of quality process concepts within Mission Systems and Collins Aerospace
Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise transformation initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
