This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
As part of a small,

and accomplished team of experts, you will support the design, development and fabrication of space launch vehicles and components to support human spaceflight programs. This is a hands-on position that requires

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the complete delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams.
Translate operational strategy into executable plans with clear achievements, owners, and dependencies.
Drive schedule integrity by
identifying
risks, resolving constraints, and ensuring alignment across all collaborators.
Collaborate with Work Center Leaders, Engineering, and Program teams to handle both baseline demand and emergent work.
Establish and
maintain
mechanisms for tracking progress, risks, and performance (schedule, cost, efficiency).
Facilitate decision-making by provi
di
ng clear, data-driven insights to leadership.
Own communication rhythm (tier meetings, executive updates, cross-functional syncs).
Drive accountability across teams through structured follow-up and addressing blocking issues when needed.
Support
CapEx
planning and operational readi
ness initiatives tied to production scaling.
Lead change management efforts to integrate new processes, tools, or program requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, or
5 years
with relevant project management experience in lieu of degree.
5+ years in program/project management in manufacturing or operations.

Experience with activities related to planning and/or scheduling

Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
