Your Impact

As a Manufacturing Lead, you will be the primary operational leader for assigned manufacturing areas, driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and People Development (SQDIP). You will lead and develop Area Leads and Operators, improve manufacturing processes, and partner across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Production Control, and EHS to deliver reliable, high-quality products. This role offers the opportunity to build leadership capability, influence operational strategy, and create sustainable improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Do

Location: Onsite at our Phoenix, AZ facility
Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
Direct Reports: Area Leads and production personnel within assigned manufacturing departments

    7S

     

    standards,

     

    leading

     

    safety

     

    audits,

     

    and

     

    partnering

     

    with

     

    EHS

     

    to

     

    resolve

     

    systemic

     

    concerns

     

    and

     

    implement

     

    preventive

     

    actions.

     

    Serve

     

    as

     

    the

     

    departmental

     

    point

     

    of

     

    contact

     

    for

     

    quality

     

    escalations,

     

    investigations,

     

    and

     

    audit

     

    readiness;

     

    ensure

     

    adherence

     

    to

     

    manufacturing

     

    procedures,

     

    work

     

    instructions,

     

    SOPs,

     

    and

     

    quality

     

    standards.

     

    Lead

     

    defect-reduction

     

    efforts

     

    through

     

    root-cause

     

    analysis,

     

    corrective

     

    actions,

     

    performance

     

    monitoring,

     

    and

     

    sustainable

     

    process-improvement

     

    plans.

     

    Drive

     

    execution

     

    of

     

    daily

     

    production

     

    plans

     

    to

     

    meet

     

    customer

     

    demand,

     

    throughput,

     

    OEE,

     

    labor-efficiency,

     

    and

     

    delivery

     

    targets.

     

    Support

     

    Tier

What You Bring

  • High

     

    school

     

    diploma

     

    or

     

    GED

     

    required;

     

    an

     

    associate

     

    degree,

     

    technical

     

    certification,

     

    or

     

    equivalent

     

    relevant

     

    experience

     

    is

     

    preferred.

     

    5+

     

    years

     

    of

     

    manufacturing

     

    experience,

     

    with

     

    at

     

    least

     

    2

     

    years

     

    in

     

    a

     

    lead,

     

    trainer,

     

    coordinator,

     

    or

     

    supervisory

     

    capacity.

     

    Demonstrated

     

    experience

     

    leading

     

    teams

     

    in

    manufacturing

     

    or

     

    production

     

    environment,

     

    including

     

    labor

     

    planning,

     

    performance

     

    coaching,

     

    training,

     

    and

     

    employee

     

    development.

     

    Experience
