About Analog Devices

Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) is a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. ADI combines analog, digital, AI, and software technologies into solutions that combat climate change, reliably connect humans and the world, and help drive advancements in automation and robotics, mobility, healthcare, energy, and data centers.

Our ADI Empower Semiconductor Team

Our ADI Empower Semiconductor team has an opportunity for an experienced ATE Test Engineer with hands-on expertise using the Advantest V93K platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge semiconductor team creating a new paradigm in power delivery for GPUs and XPUs in AI data centers.

Traditional power solutions require many discrete components with large footprints and complex board-level designs. Empower Semiconductor's patented Integrated Voltage Regulator (IVR) technology integrates dozens of components into a single IC, reducing solution size by up to 10x while delivering industry-leading simplicity, speed, efficiency, and accuracy.

In this highly visible role, you will own test development activities from silicon bring-up and characterization through production release and high-volume manufacturing support, helping shape the future of power delivery for next-generation AI infrastructure.

In this job you will:

  • Design, develop, release to production, and support ATE test solutions for complex analog and mixed-signal ICs.
  • Develop robust production test methodologies and generate technical documentation in accordance with established test development procedures.
  • Debug, characterize, and evaluate silicon on ATE platforms and correlate test results with bench measurements.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using root cause analysis and implement solutions that improve yield, quality, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Develop and implement test-time reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and test coverage.
  • Resolve tester-to-bench correlation issues and improve test accuracy through refined methodologies and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve yield and production test challenges.
  • Support manufacturing operations by driving rapid resolution of test-related issues.
  • Manage projects, coordinate activities across functional teams, and provide technical leadership when required.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to engineers within a growing test engineering organization.
  • Support business objectives related to quality, cost, delivery, and operational excellence.

What you will bring to the table:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor test development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with the Advantest V93K platform is required.
  • Experience developing and supporting ATE test solutions from characterization through production release.
  • Experience with silicon bring-up, device characterization, yield improvement, test optimization, and high-volume manufacturing support.
  • Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal test methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using laboratory equipment for IC bring-up, debug, validation, and characterization.
  • Experience with power management ICs, voltage regulators, or power semiconductor products is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
