Role Overview
Analog Devices is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision making across our global supply chain organization. This role will transform manufacturing, inventory, demand, and operational data into the insights, forecasts, and capacity plans that enable business growth and execution.
Serving as the link between supply chain planning, advanced analytics, and executive decision support, you will develop the analytical frameworks, reporting capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions that support revenue forecasting, production planning, and long-range capacity decisions. This position offers the opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class analytics capability within Central Planning, helping leaders identify risks, optimize performance, and make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and expand the analytics capability within the supply chain planning organization by leveraging manufacturing, inventory, demand, and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
Identify root causes of supply chain challenges, including supply-demand imbalances, inventory risks, capacity constraints, and operational disruptions, and drive corrective actions.
Develop scalable analytical models and frameworks that enable repeatable decision-making across planning processes.
Own and enhance the dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and queries used to support executive reviews, revenue forecasting, and long-range planning.
Partner with supply chain planners, manufacturing teams, finance, and business leaders to ensure insights are translated into measurable business outcomes.
Lead the adoption of AI and advanced analytics capabilities to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, scenario modeling, and decision support.
Evaluate emerging technologies and establish scalable analytics solutions and best practices that can be deployed across the planning organization.
Communicate complex analytical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Experience working with large-scale operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or planning datasets.
Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and analytical tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience applying AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science techniques to solve business challenges.
Experience developing forecasting, optimization, simulation, or decision-support models.
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, or capacity management processes.
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $109,600 to $150,700.
