AMD is seeking a

n Ethics &

 Compliance Program Manager to play a key role in building, scaling, and operationalizing our global 

anti-corruption, competition, third-party risk management, and investigation programs

. This role 

reports to our Senior Corporate Counsel – Compliance and will 

translate compliance requirements into 

scalable processe

s by

leveraging

 AI, data, and automation

The Person

  • Experience 

    operating

     in a fast-paced, global company, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Able

     to design and scale compliance program operations with a pragmatic, risk-based mindset.

  • Strong program and project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience 

    leveraging

     AI, automation, workflows

    , and developing risk dashboards

    .

  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.

  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, positive attitude

    , and a good sense of humor

    .

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI

     and

    automation

     to 

    design, implement, 

    scale

    , and continuously improve

     the anti-corruption, competition, 

    third party risk management

    , and 

    investigations

     program

    s

  • Adjudicate

     red flags in third-party diligence and monitoring platform

    , perform assessments, recommend mitigation actions,

     escalate results to subject matter experts, and 

    track remediatio

    n

    .

  • Develop

     compliance risk

     dashboards 

    and perform trend analysis

    .

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and 

    p

    repare 

    quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials.

  • Support internal 

    investigations

    intake, 

    tracking

    ,

    coordination,

     and 

    remediation

    .

  • Maintain audit-ready program documentation

    and 

    maintain

    centralized

     record of updates to policies, systems, and processes

    .

  • Support 

    planning, implementation, and change management for 

    policy and control development.

  • Perform controls testing, 

    identif

    y

    opportunities

     for enhancement

    , and 

    resolve operational challenges to 

    continuously 

    optimize

    program

    .

Preferred Experience

  • Experience 

    in compliance, risk, audit, or program management.

  • Experience supporting executive or Board reporting.

  • Experience with 

    data 

    analytics

    , dashboards, and workflow automation.

  • Familiarity 

    with compliance 

    or

     risk management 

    software

     and systems

    such as

     third-party due diligence and

     case management platforms

    .

  • Technology or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Academic and Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree

    .

  • CCEP/CCEP-I or similar certifications are a plus.
