Lead the Design,

Articulate a vision and roadmap for Manufacturing Applications aligned to business strategy
Drive change through tactical leadership of people, systems &
process
Support asset divestitures, spin offs, closures,
moves
and acquisition

Lead business relationship in the assemblance
of
scope, cost
,
priorit
y
and
strategic
plan
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT professionals, Thrive in a truly global environment

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M
requires
(at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. (completed and verified prior to start)
Ten (10)
years
core IT experience leading development, support of
business requirements in a public, private, government, or military environment.
Five (5)
y
ears
systems experience
with
IT
, OT
, EHS
or
business
process
Ten (10) years
ERP & MES development & deployment experience
in a Manufacturing space in a public, private, government, or military environment.
Additional
qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Strong financial acumen
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and edge computing in a factory environment.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both plant-floor operators and executive C-suite stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
Strong leadership skills to drive cultural and technological adoption during digital transformations.
A proactive approach to troubleshooting high-stakes production downtime events.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
Work location:
Maplewood, MN
This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
Travel:

10%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $250,253 - $305,864, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
