Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Zoox Release (ZR) product/service milestones.
- Establish milestone execution test strategy and feature lock.
- Define KPIs and measure milestone success metrics.
- Communicate program status, issues, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, systems engineering, and operations teams.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Utilize project management tools and processes effectively.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering or program management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience with automotive or aerospace processes, or related fields.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA).
- Strong communication skills at the executive level.
- Bonus: PMP certification or experience with autonomous vehicles and test platforms.
