Responsibilities
- Lead execution of company product/service milestones, establishing test strategies and collaborating with functional teams.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure milestone success and drive executive buy-offs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on program status, issues, and accomplishments.
- Understand vehicle platforms, software lifecycle, safety clearance, and test operations.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, systems engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects and ensure appropriate attention to blocking issues.
- Utilize project management tools and processes to oversee project complexities.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering or program management focused on product launches.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience with automotive/aerospace processes or validation and testing disciplines.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA).
- Strong communication skills at the senior executive level.
- Bonus: PMP certification or experience with autonomous vehicles and test platforms.
