Responsibilities
- Lead execution of company product/service milestones and establish execution test strategies.
- Define KPIs to measure success metrics and drive executive buy-offs.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on program status and issues.
- Collaborate with systems engineering, vehicle engineering, software development, and manufacturing operations.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects with a focus on product launches and validation.
- Utilize project management tools to oversee project progress.
- Ensure appropriate attention to issues blocking a release.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering or program management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Experience with automotive/aerospace processes or validation disciplines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Gantt charts, JIRA, etc.).
- Strong communication skills at the senior executive level.
- Bonus: PMP certification or experience with autonomous vehicles.
