Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of company product/service milestones, including test strategy and feature lock.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for milestone progress.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on program status and issues.
- Collaborate with various functional teams to resolve issues impacting product releases.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects with a focus on product launches and validation.
- Utilize project management tools to oversee project timelines and risks.
- Ensure alignment with senior executives regarding project goals and progress.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering or program management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience with automotive or aerospace processes, test platforms, or validation disciplines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA).
- Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bonus: PMP certification or experience with autonomous vehicles is desirable.
