Responsibilities
- Lead execution of company product/service milestones and establish test strategies.
- Define KPIs to measure success and drive buy-offs in executive forums.
- Communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, systems engineering, and operations teams.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects with a focus on product launches.
- Utilize project management tools to oversee project progress.
- Ensure issues blocking releases receive appropriate attention.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering or program management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience with automotive or aerospace processes, or validation disciplines.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA).
- Strong communication skills at the executive level.
- Bonus: PMP certification or experience with autonomous vehicles and test platforms.
