Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of production tooling, line design, material, and process flows.
- Review, understand, and draft technical documentation (e.g., Engineering Change Orders, Engineering Drawings, Process SOPs).
- Identify, design, and execute line layout and process improvements.
- Design, conduct, and analyze time/motion studies.
- Create, publish, and maintain standard worksheets.
- Develop and implement templates, procedures, and standards for quality systems and lean management.
- Utilize software tools to collect and analyze production data.
Job Requirements
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related STEM field.
- Basic experience with data analysis, methods, and graphing.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
