Responsibilities
- Develop novel designs for mechanical systems that meet functional requirements.
- Oversee hardware from design through production and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of hardware.
- Conduct analysis and testing to validate designs under operational conditions.
- Manage projects on short timelines to produce high-impact products.

Job Requirements
- 3-12+ years of experience in designing electromechanical and structural assemblies.
- Proven track record of working with complex subassemblies or full systems.
- Proficiency in CAD (3D/2D) for system-level designs.
- Experience in structural components and mechanisms analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, FEA, and design for assembly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct hand calculations for engineering problems.
