Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
- Cultivate a performance-driven team culture emphasizing reliable, scalable manufacturing processes.
- Own the end-to-end development of manufacturing capabilities, including planning and validating assembly lines.
- Define and implement manufacturing process documentation and controls.
- Partner with design engineering teams for design-for-manufacturability improvements.
- Provide technical support to production operations and implement corrective actions for issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines.
Job Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in designing and developing manufacturing lines.
- Over 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with fixture and equipment design for high-volume production.
- Demonstrated CAD fluency and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with factory layout design and process mapping.
- Understanding of various manufacturing and assembly processes.
