Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and assembly of electrical/electronic components/equipment.
- Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies and detailed drawings/specifications under supervision.
- Perform basic engineering analysis and generate engineering test reports.
- Generate related documentation for product release.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical problems.
- Use engineering processes to resolve electrical problems of limited scope.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on structured work assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Basic technical knowledge in at least one R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM).
- Previous internship or related field experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to solve complex problems and analyze information.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Ability to explain difficult information and build consensus.
