Responsibilities
- Prototyping new battery charging electronics for harsh environments.
- Architecting ground support electronics for take-off and landing assistance.
- Developing and deploying test equipment for design validation and production.
- Supporting design validation campaigns to ensure avionics meet reliability requirements.
- Conducting root cause investigations for product issues from testing or field operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and operations.
- Communicating technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed at least the second year of undergraduate studies; Master's and PhD students are eligible.
- Experience designing and testing a custom circuit board.
- Involvement in a project that moved under its own power (e.g., drone, car, etc.).
- Collaboration on engineering projects as part of a group.
- A sample of work or note about prior experience related to engineering is preferred.
- Strong grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to define requirements and develop creative solutions.
