Responsibilities
- Design and produce unique parts using various materials and machines.
- Conduct mechanical and structural analyses (load, vibration, thermal, corrosion).
- Generate and revise engineering documentation (CAD models, drawings, etc.).
- Support integration and test activities in lab and field environments.
- Contribute to UxS prototype development through fabrication and testing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complete system designs.
- Maintain accurate technical data and deliverable documentation.
Job Requirements
- US citizenship and active secret or higher security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
- Working knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with prototypes.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
