Responsibilities
- Enhance Supplier Quality Culture through process improvement projects.
- Utilize quality tools to resolve issues related to non-conformances and Customer RMA’s.
- Manage supplier related NCR/SCAR/CAR activities.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 Quality Management requirements.
- Analyze non-conformance trends and evaluate corrective actions.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing quality issues.
- Participate in QA and RMA meetings and oversee internal production quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in engineering or quality roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawing requirements.
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA and DFM/DFQ.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD Models & Drawings.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and quality metrics.
