Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects for supplier quality.
- Utilize quality tools to resolve issues related to non-conformances and Customer RMAs.
- Manage supplier-related NCR/SCAR/CAR activities.
- Analyze non-conformance trends and evaluate corrective actions.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing part rejections.
- Oversee internal production from a quality perspective.
- Monitor and review quality metrics for publication.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in engineering or quality roles.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawing requirements.
- Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA and DFM/DFQ.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD Models & Drawings.
