Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in hardware testing and reliability engineering.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and reliability engineering principles.
- Extensive experience with hardware validation testing and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with reliability software tools and hardware design tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
