Responsibilities
- Drive strategic roadmaps for key hardware programs with clear requirements and success metrics.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities to reduce operational friction.
- Analyze customer pipeline and align hardware product lifecycles for launches.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to align technical efforts with business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to make tradeoff decisions for program speed.
- Analyze operational data to identify design opportunities and ensure continuous improvement.
- Influence cross-functional teams and executive decision-makers in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent experience with complex hardware products.
- BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in hardware engineering or operations management preferred.
- Proven track record of translating ambiguous challenges into executable product roadmaps.
- Data-driven mindset for technical and operational decisions.
- Experience launching hardware products in a regulated environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts to varied audiences.
