Responsibilities
- Drive strategic roadmaps for key hardware programs with clear, data-driven requirements.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to implement automation and reduce operational friction.
- Analyze customer pipeline and match hardware product lifecycles for upcoming launches.
- Collaborate across the organization to align technical efforts with business strategy.

Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or building/shipping complex hardware products.
- BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in hardware engineering or operations management preferred.
- Proven track record of translating ambiguous challenges into executable product roadmaps.
- Data-driven mindset for grounding decisions through a business lens.
- Experience launching "0 to 1" hardware products in a regulated environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
