Responsibilities
- Drive strategic roadmaps for key hardware programs with clear, data-driven requirements.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer pipeline and align hardware product lifecycles with launches.

Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent in complex hardware products.
- BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in hardware engineering or operations management preferred.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous challenges into executable product roadmaps.
- Data-driven mindset for making technical and operational decisions.
- Experience launching hardware products in a regulated environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
