Responsibilities
- Execute design verification and reliability test plans for hardware components.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance hardware reliability.
- Collect and analyze lab and field test data to calculate failure rates.
- Write or adapt scripts for testing and data analysis.
- Perform root cause and failure analysis.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate test plans and results to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in hardware reliability or failure analysis.
- Familiarity with reliability test standards (consumer, automotive, aerospace).
- Experience with external testing labs.
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and inspection.
- Working knowledge of a programming language (preferably Python).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
