Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key OEM/ODM customers.
- Communicate project status and technical issues with business units and account management.
- Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge in AC/DC and DC/DC technologies.
- Perform testing and present simulation data to customers.
- Identify risks and raise issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with business units in Asia to follow project status.
- Adapt to company culture and processes effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Power Engineering or Field Application role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel 20% with overnight stays.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
