Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers to discuss issues and explore potential solutions.
- Communicate project status and technical issues with internal teams and management.
- Maintain relationships with key OEM/ODM customers for new opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with AC/DC and DC/DC technologies and explore emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with teams in Asia to monitor project status.
- Conduct testing and present simulation data to meet customer expectations.
- Identify risks and raise issues with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Power Engineering or a Field Application role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel 20% with overnight stays.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
