Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers to discuss issues and potential solutions.
- Communicate project status and technical issues to internal teams.
- Maintain relationships with key OEM/ODM customers.
- Keep up-to-date with AC/DC and DC/DC technologies.
- Collaborate with teams in Asia regarding project status.
- Perform testing and present simulation data to customers.
- Identify risks and raise issues to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Power Engineering or Field Application roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel (20% required).
- Quick learner with adaptability to company culture and processes.
