Responsibilities
- Set the engineering strategy with measurable KPIs that align with business growth goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure engineering support and customer communication.
- Support new business opportunities from creation through production execution.
- Facilitate design release, process improvements, and system updates.
- Identify areas for investment to support future growth.
- Actively participate in NPI projects, quoting, and general customer inquiries.
- Promote a positive and engaging team culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of product design, development, or manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving, creativity, and analytical thinking abilities.
- Understanding of drawings, Mil-Specs, and industry standards.
- Experience in new design project management and customer interactions.
