Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for the Apparel and Accessories portfolio.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules for hardware and accessories.
- Drive alignment between cross-functional teams to meet product performance standards.
- Manage development builds with external partners and suppliers.
- Support prioritization and planning of testing activities.
- Own and evolve risk and issue management frameworks.
- Identify areas for process improvement in the product development lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer products, preferably in soft goods or hardware.
- Proven track record of launching multiple products from concept to commercialization.
- Strong experience managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve ambitious goals.
