Responsibilities
- Define the architecture and select components for embedded electro-mechanical and optical systems.
- Direct detailed design of logic, interconnect, power, RF, and sensing systems around a mobile SoC.
- Integrate sophisticated cameras and imaging electronics.
- Incorporate DFM and manufacturing considerations for high-quality mass production.
- Create and execute a validation plan for system electronics.
- Address reliability, yield, and performance issues through development and production.
- Troubleshoot EMI/RF problems and design connected products (wifi, cellular).
Job Requirements
- Experience in shipping high-volume consumer electronic products.
- Proficiency in mobile SoC design and high-speed digital design.
- Familiarity with scripting/programming in Python/C.
- Experience in troubleshooting EMI/RF problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to reliability and performance.
- Knowledge of DFM principles for manufacturing considerations.
