Responsibilities
- Define the architecture and select components for embedded electro-mechanical and optical systems.
- Direct detailed design of logic, interconnect, power, RF, and sensing systems.
- Integrate sophisticated cameras and imaging electronics.
- Incorporate DFM and manufacturing considerations for mass production.
- Create and execute a validation plan for system electronics.
- Solve reliability, yield, and performance issues during development and production.
- Troubleshoot EMI/RF problems and engage with mobile SoC design.
Job Requirements
- Experience in shipping high-volume consumer electronic products.
- Knowledge of mobile SoC design and high-speed digital design.
- Familiarity with connected products (wifi, cellular).
- Proficiency in scripting/programming in Python/C.
- Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days of employment.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to reliability and performance.
