Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of robotic equipment in fulfillment centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotic systems during deployments.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers on installation projects.
- Develop process documentation and improve existing processes for robotic deployments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned.
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel extensively for on-site deployment and support of robotic systems.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or IT networked systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and CAD models.
- Strong foundational knowledge in robotics and electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with extensive travel.
- Proven ability to drive decision-making through data analysis.
