Responsibilities
- Guide installation and commissioning of robotic technologies at fulfillment centers.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement ideas around work scopes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve deployment issues.
- Manage a team of 1-5 engineers during deployments.
- Troubleshoot robotic systems and oversee escalations during deployments.
- Generate process documentation and modify existing processes for new products.
- Support data collection and make data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or a closely related STEM field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field engineering, construction, or warehouse environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge in robotics and electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and CAD models.
- Proficiency in standard office software tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the US and internationally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
