Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale the Systems Engineering organization.
- Lead systems engineering processes across hardware teams.
- Develop and oversee system-level verification and validation strategies.

Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- 15+ years in systems engineering or cross-disciplinary hardware roles.
- Proven success in architecting multi-disciplinary systems for high-volume production.
- Experience in building and leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills for complex system concepts and trade-offs.
- Expertise in systems decomposition and creating robust verification strategies.
- Passion for wearable technology and commitment to leveraging AI tools.
