Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale the Systems Engineering organization with standards for documentation and architecture rigor.
- Lead systems engineering processes across hardware teams, including requirements definition and integration planning.
- Develop and oversee system-level verification and validation strategies for performance and compliance.
- Influence early product direction through architectural roadmaps and NPI strategy.
- Communicate systems status and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and focus on member experience.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces and influence product direction early.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- 15+ years in systems engineering or cross-disciplinary hardware roles.
- Demonstrated success in architecting multi-disciplinary systems for high-volume production.
- Experience in building and leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills for complex system concepts and trade-offs.
- Expertise in risk management and verification strategies.
- Deep technical proficiency in power architecture and integration of various systems.
