Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale the Systems Engineering organization.

Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- 15+ years in systems engineering or cross-disciplinary hardware roles.
- Experience in bringing multi-disciplinary systems to high-volume production.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills for complex system concepts.
- Expertise in systems decomposition and risk management.
- Passion for wearable technology and data-driven innovation.
