Responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and lead like-for-like substation equipment replacements
- Adjust and update brownfield designs based on field conditions
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and develop corrective actions
- Create or refine engineering documents, drawings, and work packages
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions
- Support field crews during troubleshooting and project execution
- Verify equipment installations and perform construction observation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of substation equipment
- Familiarity with brownfield engineering and maintenance workflows
- Ability to initiate projects, coordinate materials, and manage team member communication
