Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for reactor vessel internals design and analysis.
- Perform analytical calculations (structural dynamic and/or thermal hydraulic) and evaluations.
- Develop design documentation for safety and non-safety related hardware.
- Interface with technical leads, project managers, and customers.
- Occasionally travel to customer and manufacturing vendor sites for support.
- Support occasional travel to nuclear plants.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam is beneficial.
- Possess analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
- Capability to understand and interpret design documents.
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes is beneficial.
