Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for reactor vessel internals design and analysis.
- Perform analytical calculations (structural dynamic and/or thermal hydraulic) and evaluations.
- Develop design documentation for safety and non-safety related hardware.
- Interface with technical leads, project managers, and customers.
- Travel to customer and manufacturing vendor sites for on-site support.
- Support occasional travel to a nuclear plant.
- Develop documentation related to calculations and analyses.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to understand and interpret design documents.
- Capacity for conceptual design and development of design drawings.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
