Responsibilities
- Participate in introductory training and obtain qualifications in the Fuel Performance area.
- Perform standard analysis work for customers, ensuring adherence to nuclear safety and quality standards.
- Develop skills for independent assignments and verify analyses by others.
- Support emergent issues and collaborate with customers and teams for safe plant operations.
- Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements within budget.
- Participate in project teams and communicate project status to managers.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and support their implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Nuclear or Mechanical) or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 0-3 years of engineering experience required.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification is helpful.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with project teams.
