Responsibilities
- Participate in training for standard analyses in the Fuel Performance area.
- Perform analysis work for customers, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Develop skills for independent assignments and verify analyses by others.
- Support emergent issues and collaborate with customers and teams.
- Plan and schedule work to meet project requirements.
- Communicate project status to project managers.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Nuclear, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 0-3 years of engineering experience.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification is helpful.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills for project management.
