Responsibilities
- Lead a world-class silicon engineering team.
- Guide the execution of complex silicon projects from start to finish.
- Establish and refine design, verification, and physical design methodologies.
- Manage relationships and deliverables with external partners.

- Collaborate with software, system, and architecture teams on technical requirements.
- Ensure high silicon quality and reliability through post-silicon activities.
