Responsibilities
- Coordinate with facilities services to improve and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Design new products and processes under supervision, improving existing products.
- Conduct design analysis on components to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
- Define process improvements for safety, quality, and cost control.
- Collaborate with other engineers on instrumentation and data interfaces.
- Lead HOSHIN level projects focused on product or process improvement.
- Draft technical documents and provide training related to devices.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in a technical field with 3 years of relevant experience or M.S. with 1 year.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD equipment.
- Desired coding skills in multiple programming languages.
- Technical knowledge of control systems and data interfaces.
- Experience with statistical analysis and process engineering.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
