Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end validation of new hardware including pumps and sensors.
- Design and execute bench-level, environmental, and life-cycle tests.
- Develop and run field simulations for testing.
- Lead root-cause investigations of field issues and drive corrective actions.
- Build test rigs and conduct stress tests on hardware.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to define quality standards.
- Document tests, analyze results, and present findings to teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or reliability engineering.
- Strong hands-on skills with hardware test setups and instrumentation.
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with environmental testing and reliability standards.
- Experience writing automated test scripts (Python preferred).
- Strong communication skills for summarizing test findings.
