Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead inclusive, engaged Enterprise Solutions Engineering teams.
- Serve as a technical coach and mentor, addressing technical escalations.
- Identify gaps and take ownership to build out programs and processes for the SE team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve communication and collaboration.
- Champion the career development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Travel 30-40% per quarter.

Job Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership success as a technical presales VP for 3+ years.
- Experience in a cloud and network infrastructure-focused company with hardware/software exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Networking.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales engineering teams.
- Experience in building and scaling technical pre-sales teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex technical solutions.
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
