Responsibilities
- Generate mechanical solutions for product requirements related to enterprise hardware.
- Drive new products from initial proof of concept through to mass production.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering and Industrial Design teams on product integration and concept testing.
- Work with mechanical vendors on design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Own tooling release and validation for various parts and processes.
- Develop and execute mechanical reliability test plans.
- Assist with failure analysis and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in designing and manufacturing electronic products.
- Mastery of 3D CAD software.
- Hands-on experience with building and testing hardware.
- Experience with overseas supply chains and vendor collaboration.
- Passion for designing user-friendly hardware.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and electro-mechanical systems.
