Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain novel automated systems for manufacturing operations.
- Document equipment and procedures through specifications and drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain the Quality Management System.
Job Requirements
- BS or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in automated systems for medical device manufacturing.
- Experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
- Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or similar).
- Knowledge of mechanical linkages and power transmissions.
- Understanding of fabrication techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
