Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of assigned test campaigns for thermal systems.
- Lead cross-functional test initiatives from concept to execution.
- Perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and enforce rigorous test traceability and documentation.
- Develop and execute tests for mission-critical components.
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and leadership to ensure project success.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong foundation in fluid systems and relevant test standards.
- Experience executing complex test campaigns and project management.
- Proactive problem solver in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- 2+ years of experience in product design and delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in testing and troubleshooting mechanical and fluid systems.
