Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of assigned test campaigns for thermal systems and mission-critical components.
- Lead cross-functional test initiatives from concept to execution.
- Perform deep root-cause investigations and coordinate with various teams for corrective actions.
- Establish and enforce rigorous test traceability and documentation.
- Design and build complex test environments for high-fidelity testing.
- Ensure alignment with subsystem performance and program level requirements.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong foundation in fluid systems and relevant test standards.
- Experience executing complex test campaigns and leading engineering projects.
- Proactive problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- 2+ years of experience in product development and testing.
- Knowledge of aerospace test lifecycle and industry test standards.
