Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of assigned test campaigns for thermal systems.
- Lead cross-functional test initiatives from concept to execution.
- Perform deep root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and enforce rigorous test traceability and documentation.
- Design, build, and instrument complex test environments.
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and leadership for project success.
- Ensure alignment with subsystem performance and program level requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong foundation in fluid systems and relevant test standards.
- Experience in executing complex test campaigns and project management.
- Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering reliable products.
- Multidisciplinary capability in mechanical design, electronics, or controls.
- Knowledge of aerospace test lifecycle and industry test standards.
