Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of power electronics specification, architecture, and design.
- Design circuits for power conversion, load switching, and fault detection.
- Perform failure modes and effects analyses for reliability.
- Drive validation plans at the system level.
- Work on PCB design and mechanical packaging.
- Conduct environmental qualification and integrated system-level validation.
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines to solve design challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (completed or expected by June 2026).
- Experience in developing power electronics.
- Problem-solving skills and risk assessment abilities.
- Familiarity with instrumentation and data acquisition tools.
- Software programming experience (e.g., Matlab, Python, C/C++).
- Knowledge of vehicle and instrumentation buses (e.g., Ethernet, CAN, SPI).
- Experience designing electronics for spaceflight environments.
