Responsibilities
- Responsible Engineer for Liquid Oxygen Turbopump.
- Design parts and assemblies, performing calculations and analyses.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to create finished E-2 parts.
- Support propulsion component assembly and testing.
- Create schematics and document processes.
- Participate in engine testing and troubleshooting.
- Communicate updates on progress and issues with the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, development, fabrication, assembly, or testing.
- Hands-on engineering skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CAD (NX preferred) and GD&T.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ANSYS and MATLAB.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions.
