Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating mechanical systems and components while ensuring they meet performance, manufacturability, and cost requirements.

• Create mechanical designs and systems from concept to production release.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using CAD tools.
• Perform tolerance studies, FEA simulations, and DFM reviews.
• Build and test prototypes to validate designs.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation including BOMs and specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams for optimization.
• Implement best practices for mechanical design and process efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design or product development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo).
• Strong understanding of materials, tolerancing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with DFM/DFA principles and GD&T.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and experience in regulated industries.
