Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the work of hardware engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, firmware, system test, and hardware compliance).
- Identify team level milestones and deliverables, managing critical paths and dependencies.
- Scope work and inform program-level milestones including launch targets.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering leadership for program reporting and strategic guidance.
- Proactively address issues impacting program timelines and unblock the engineering team.
- Lead NPI build activities and ensure product maturity and launch readiness.
- Drive engineering risk analysis and mitigation planning.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with the entire end-to-end product development process.
- Experience with complex products and technology integration.
- Knowledge of workflows within and between engineering disciplines.
- Previous experience with NPI phases and leading factory builds.
- Familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
- Knowledge of PLM systems like Team Center or Arena.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-30% of the time.
